Get Connected, page 3.

Part 3 of the Getting Connected section. This takes up where the previous page left off (you should have just installed the "Motorola USB Modem" driver) and keeps going...
Install P2K Manager and run it. We downloaded P2KManager (P2KMan) in the "Get Prepared" section. Now you should have the P2KMan.zip file in your MotoMods folder, simply extract it into the MotoMods folder.
There will be 3 folders and 2 files which will be added. Double-click the new .exe file that appears called P2KMan (it might be in a folder inside the MotoMods folder called P2KMan).
If Windows does not prompt you with the "Found New Hardware Wizard" again, leave P2KMan open, unplug the phone, wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in.
Install the Drivers Windows Prompt For. Generally in this step Windows will ask for drivers for the following three "new" pieces of hardware: "Motorola Accessory,""Data Logging MCU Interface," and "Test Command Interface." For the first item ("Motorola Accessory") you will choose the "Install from a list or specific location (Advanced)" option in the "Found New Hardware Wizard",
and browse again to the C:\MotoMods\P2KManAE_DRVs folder.
During the install of the driver, you will most likely get an error which states "The target file exists and is in a different language from the source. Overwrite the English (United States) file with the unspecified language one?" Hit "Yes,"
and "Finish" when the "Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard" screen comes up. Wait a few seconds, and the next device will be found. For this and all other hardware devces found in this tutorial, you may now choose the "Install the software automatically (Recommended)" option.
You may now use the P2K suite of programs (P2K Manager, P2K Tools, P2K Commander, etc) successfully, however, we have a couple more drivers to install, which we will do when we flash the phone. So take a break if you want, and then lets...
